Continuing education: In support of improving patient care, this activity was planned and implemented by the Washington School-Based Health Alliance and Moses/Weitzman Health System and its Weitzman Institute and is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team. Additional CE credits are available for dentists, pharmacists, physician assistants/associates, psychologists, registered dietitians, and social workers. Certificates of Completion will also be available for those who do not need CME or CE credits from the above professions.

- How do I register, complete the session evaluations, and claim credits for a conference? – link to instructions for registering for the above learning activity, completing the post-session evaluation for each session you attended, and claiming your CME/CE credit and certificate. Please note that while you can register for the activity prior to the conference, you will not be able to complete the post-session evaluations until the conference begins.We encourage you to stay logged into your account in the learning activity while the conference is going on so that you can complete the post-session evaluation after each session you attend.
