SBHC Data Hub

The Washington School-Based Health Alliance (WA SBHA) and Public Health – Seattle & King County (PHSKC) School-Based Partnership Program (SBPP) are teaming up with APEX to launch the School-Based Health Center (SBHC) Data Hub in Washington State. This new database is key to delivering high-quality, equitable health care to students. It will help improve care by using evidence-based practices and addressing barriers to learning, especially for students who face the greatest health and educational challenges.

SBHCs across Washington State now have the chance to join this common statewide database. By participating, you can help create a clearer picture of SBHCs in Washington, using selected quality data and measures that support equitable services and track progress toward better health and academic outcomes for students.

The SBHC Data Hub platform will:

• Allow SBHC sites to access their own clinical data at both visit and site levels.
• Use data to guide program planning, development, and system improvements.
• Enhance quality care and expand access and outreach.
• Share data with school partners, funders, and policymakers at state and local levels.
• Integrate electronic tools for standardized adolescent screening, assessment, and student satisfaction surveys.
• Provide state-level data to inform system needs and guide state legislators and policymakers.
• Align data collection with the National School-Based Health Alliance’s quality metrics and annual census.
• Compare data with other SBHC clinics across the state.
