Request for Proposals: Pregnancy Prevention Program(s)

The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health has engaged the MITRE Corporation to evaluate the replication of pregnancy prevention programs that have been proven effective through rigorous evaluation. As part of this evaluation, MITRE is seeking proposals for replicating school-based, after-school-based, or community-based pregnancy prevention programs that have been rigorously evaluated and proven effective to reduce teenage pregnancy, behavioral risk factors underlying teenage pregnancy, or other associated risk factors.

Organizations are requested to replicate a pregnancy prevention program(s) for adolescents proven effective through rigorous evaluation. In the context of this opportunity, replication includes service delivery and data collection for an evaluation. MITRE anticipates that this funding opportunity may cover some costs related to pregnancy prevention service delivery to adolescents and the costs of the required data collection.

Proposals are due August 19, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. ET. MITRE anticipates making multiple awards in Summer 2019 for a 12-month period of performance. Read the entire Request for Proposals and a recorded listening session about the opportunity. Visit the MITRE website for more information.
