The Mental Health Clinical Manager provides leadership for the mental health services delivered at School-based Health program sites including model of care, staff supervision, and clinical consultation; ensuring that quality care is provided and that care aligns with Neighborcare Health’s mission, vision, values and goals. The Mental Health Clinical Manager works in partnership and shared accountability with the School-based Health program’s Lead Team to develop and guide program direction and priorities, and achieve Neighborcare Health’s goals and follow its mission and guiding principles. This position may also maintain a clinical practice and provides prevention and intervention with a variety of therapeutic techniques, including evidence-based practices.
