HCA Survey About Behavioral Health in Schools

Washington’s Health Care Authority is requesting input from adolescent behavioral health providers, school staff, and staff from Educational Service Districts:

The Adolescent Substance Use Disorder, Co-occurring Workgroup, comprised of many stakeholders across the behavioral health delivery system and other state and local agencies serving youth with behavioral health needs, have been working in partnership with OSPI to develop a quick survey in hopes to better understand the existing relationships, services and needs between schools and behavioral health providers, as well as school-based services being offered.

We would be very appreciative if you could take this short survey to help inform us of this current landscape and what professionals throughout the state are seeing as priorities to help meet the needs of children and youth as it relates to prevention, education, support, and treatment access. This survey will also be used to inform us of what additional supports, and needs YOU may have as a school staff member or  behavioral health clinician.

You can access the survey by clicking on this link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/B5HX8X9

The survey will be open until Friday, May 10.

Thank you for helping us on this project!
