FreeTelehealth/Mobile/Hybrid Community of Practice
This is a space for those working in telehealth, mobile health clinics, and hybrid service models to explore and exchange strategies, lessons learned, and innovations in the alternative SBHC models. This CoP will emphasize peer-to-peer sharing and learning to expand access and improve quality of alternative care delivery in school-based settings.
Start-Up Office Hours
This convening provides real-time support, guidance, and connection for individuals and sponsors in the early phases of planning and launching SBHCs. This CoP offers a space to ask questions, share resources, and learn from the experiences of others navigating similar start-up processes.
Clinic Coordinator Community of Practice
This is a collaborative space for clinic coordinators and other support staff to share best practices, troubleshoot operational challenges, streamline workflows, and strengthen communication across SBHCs. The CoP will also serve as a hub for updates and peer support. Topics will be solicited from the CoP community to ensure relevance and interest.
