Swedish Medical Center is seeking a School-Based Counselor who is responsible for providing case coordination and a full range of clinical social work services including but not limited to psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, crisis intervention and resource referral, within a school setting. The Counselor partners with the student and when appropriate, his/her support system as well as connecting him/her with resources inside the school system and in the community.
