Position Overview: As the Behavioral Health Coordinator (HSC3) in the Adolescent Health Unit, this position plays a critical role in the expansion and enhancement of our School Based Health Center (SBHC) programs. This position involves extensive coordination with internal and external partners and community partners to implement legislation focused on integrating behavioral health services in schools effectively.

Work Location: This position is based in Tumwater, WA, and offers a flexible/hybrid work arrangement with the option to tele-work or utilize our modern drop-in workstations, while enjoying the occasional in-person collaboration opportunities.

Swedish is hiring!  The Issaquah High Schools Teen Counselor LCSW is responsible for providing case coordination and a full range of clinical social work services including but not limited to psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, crisis intervention and resource referral, within a high school setting. The Teen Counselor partners with the adolescent and when appropriate, his/her support system as well as connecting him/her with resources inside the school system and in the community.
