Policy staff at the WA School-Based Health Alliance and Community Health Network of Washington are beginning work on school-based health center capital requests for the 2025 legislative session. If you’d like to be included in our joint capital package, we ask that you provide a few basic details about your project to assist in our planning and advocacy. Please respond to the short survey linked here: https://forms.gle/atbCxq4Ky5ME282r8. It is estimated to take about ten minutes to complete.
This is a preliminary request that will provide our team with the necessary information to begin preparing for advocacy and legislative outreach, and to start evaluating eligibility requirements for your capital project. In the coming weeks, we will send a more detailed survey with additional questions that will prepare you for the official application process.
